1. 接受条款​

使用 Chatweave（以下简称"本软件"）即表示您同意本服务条款。如果您不同意这些条款，请停止使用本软件。

本软件是一款开源、客户端的 AI 对话工具，所有数据存储于您的设备本地，本软件不架设任何后端服务器来收集或处理您的消息内容。

使用本软件需年满 12 周岁（或您所在司法辖区规定的最低年龄）。

2. 服务说明​

Chatweave 是一个聚合型 AI 聊天客户端，支持连接多个第三方 AI 服务提供商（如 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、DeepSeek 等）的 API。用户需自行注册并在本软件中配置相应服务提供商的 API 密钥。

免费版功能：

  • 发送消息到用户配置的 AI 服务商并接收回复
  • 在设备本地保存对话历史
  • 最多 3 个智能体（Agent）
  • 1 个内置工具（日期时间），工具调用最多 5 轮
  • 6 个基础主题（3 亮色 + 3 暗色）、1 种气泡样式
  • Temperature 与 TopP 使用默认值，不可自定义

Pro 版功能（在免费版基础上增加）：

  • 无限智能体（Agent）
  • 全部 5 个内置工具（天气、计算器、网页搜索、IP 查询、日期时间），工具调用最多 100 轮
  • 全部 24 个主题（12 亮色 + 12 暗色）、7 种气泡样式
  • Temperature 与 TopP 可自定义调节
  • 未来所有 Pro 新功能

其他高级功能可能会定期添加。

3. API 密钥与账号​

3.1 您在本软件中填写的 API 密钥仅存储在您的设备本地（加密存储于 iOS Keychain / Android Keystore），不会上传至任何服务器。

3.2 您有责任妥善保管您的 API 密钥。因密钥泄露导致的任何损失或费用，由您自行承担。

3.3 您对通过本软件使用第三方 AI 服务所产生的费用（包括但不限于 API 调用费、订阅费）负全部责任。

3.4 本软件提供"导出/导入配置"功能，导出的 JSON 文件包含您的 API 密钥明文，请妥善保管导出文件。

4. Pro 买断与购买​

4.1 Pro 版本买断： Chatweave 通过各平台应用商店提供 Pro 版本的一次性买断（非消耗型应用内购买，Non-Consumable In-App Purchase）。购买后永久有效，无需续费。具体价格以应用商店提供商展示的信息为准。

4.2 支付与处理：

  • 支付由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 处理，我们不收集或存储您的支付卡号等敏感支付信息。
  • 购买凭证存储在您设备的加密存储中（iOS Keychain / Android Keystore）。
  • 如发生退款或购买撤销，应用会在下次启动时检测购买状态变更并相应调整功能权限。

4.3 恢复购买： 如果您更换设备或重新安装应用，可通过应用内的"恢复购买"功能找回已购的 Pro 版本，无需再次付费。

4.4 退款政策： Pro 买断后，已使用部分的退款按各应用商店的标准政策执行。我们不额外提供未使用部分的退款。

5. 用户行为​

5.1 您承诺不利用本软件从事以下行为：

  • 生成或传播违法、侵权、色情、暴力、仇恨、骚扰或其他有害内容
  • 对任何 AI 服务进行滥用、攻击或绕过其使用限制
  • 利用本软件进行任何违反中国法律法规或您所在地区法律法规的活动

5.2 您知晓并同意，AI 生成的内容可能不准确、不完整或存在偏见。您应独立判断并承担依据 AI 生成内容采取行动的所有后果。

6. 第三方服务​

6.1 本软件仅作为连接您与第三方 AI 服务的客户端工具，不对各 AI 服务商的服务质量、可用性、准确性或内容负责。

6.2 您使用第三方 AI 服务需同时遵守该服务商的用户协议和隐私政策。

6.3 本软件内置的工具功能（天气查询、网页搜索等）依赖第三方数据接口，其可用性和准确性由相应服务商负责。

7. 知识产权​

7.1 Chatweave 的源代码以 MIT License 开源发布。您对源代码的使用、修改和分发受 MIT License 条款约束，与本服务条款相互独立。

7.2 本软件中使用的第三方开源库的版权归各自权利人所有。

7.3 您通过本软件与 AI 生成的内容，其知识产权归属请参照相应 AI 服务商的条款。

8. 免责声明​

8.1 本软件按"现有状态"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的保证。

8.2 开发者不对以下情况承担责任：

  • AI 服务不可用、响应延迟或返回错误内容
  • 因 API 密钥泄露导致的损失
  • 因依赖 AI 生成内容而做出的决策导致的任何损失
  • 本软件可能存在的缺陷、错误或中断
  • 因网络问题、设备故障或第三方服务中断导致的任何损失

9. 责任限制​

在法律允许的最大范围内，本软件的开发者不对任何间接的、附带的、特殊的、惩戒性的或后果性的损害承担责任，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失、商誉损失等，无论是否已被告知发生此类损害的可能性。

10. 隐私​

您的对话数据存储在设备本地，不会上传至本软件的任何服务器。但您使用第三方 AI 服务时，消息内容会通过您的设备直接发送至对应服务商的 API。详情请参阅隐私政策。

11. 服务的终止和停止​

11.1 您的终止权： 您可以在不事先告知的情况下，随时卸载本软件以中止使用。

11.2 我们的停止权：

如果您：

  • 违反了本条款的任何条款
  • 从事骚扰性行为或滥用本软件

我们有权在不告知的情况下，限制您对本软件 Pro 版本功能的使用权限。

11.3 数据处理： 当您卸载本软件或明确表示不再使用时，您可以使用应用内的"清除数据"功能删除您的本地数据；已经发送到第三方服务商的数据，根据该第三方的隐私政策处理。

12. 适用法律与管辖地​

12.1 适用法律： 本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，特别是《中华人民共和国民法典》。

12.2 管辖地： 因本条款引起的任何争议、索赔或诉讼，由中华人民共和国人民法院管辖。当事人有其他约定的，依照约定。

12.3 国际用户： 如果您位于中国境外，您同时受您所在司法辖区的消费者保护法律保护。在不与当地强制性法律冲突的前提下，本条款继续适用。

13. 条款变更​

我们保留随时修改本服务条款的权利。条款变更后，我们将通过应用内通知或其他合理方式提示。继续使用本软件即表示您接受修改后的条款。建议您定期查阅本页面。

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By using Chatweave ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Software.

The Software is an open-source, client-side AI chat tool. All data is stored locally on your device. The Software does not operate any backend servers to collect or process your message content.

You must be at least 12 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Software.

2. Service Description​

Chatweave is an aggregated AI chat client that supports connecting to multiple third-party AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, etc.) via their APIs. Users must independently register for and configure API keys from these providers within the Software.

Free Version Features:

  • Sending messages to user-configured AI providers and receiving responses
  • Storing conversation history locally on the device
  • Up to 3 AI Agents
  • 1 built-in tool (Date & Time), up to 5 tool rounds
  • 6 basic themes (3 light + 3 dark), 1 bubble shape
  • Temperature and TopP use default values (not customizable)

Pro Version Features (in addition to Free features):

  • Unlimited AI Agents
  • All 5 built-in tools (weather, calculator, web search, IP lookup, date & time), up to 100 tool rounds
  • All 24 themes (12 light + 12 dark), 7 bubble shapes
  • Customizable Temperature and TopP parameters
  • All future Pro features

Additional advanced features may be added periodically.

3. API Keys & Accounts​

3.1 API keys entered into the Software are stored exclusively on your local device (encrypted in iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and are never uploaded to any server.

3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. Any losses or charges resulting from key exposure are solely your responsibility.

3.3 You bear full responsibility for all fees incurred through third-party AI services via the Software (including but not limited to API call charges and subscription fees).

3.4 The Software provides an "export/import configuration" feature. Exported JSON files contain API keys in plain text. Please store exported files securely.

4. Pro Purchase (One-Time)​

4.1 Pro Version Purchase: Chatweave offers the Pro version as a one-time purchase (Non-Consumable In-App Purchase) through the respective app marketplace. Once purchased, it is valid permanently with no recurring fees. Specific pricing is as displayed by the app marketplace operator (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

4.2 Payment and Processing:

  • Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers.
  • Purchase credentials are stored in your device's encrypted storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
  • In the event of a refund or purchase revocation, the App will detect the purchase status change on next launch and adjust feature access accordingly.

4.3 Restore Purchases: If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can use the "Restore Purchases" feature to recover your Pro version at no additional cost.

4.4 Refund Policy: Refunds for the Pro purchase are subject to the standard policies of the respective app marketplace. We do not provide additional refunds for used portions.

5. User Conduct​

5.1 You agree not to use the Software for:

  • Generating or distributing illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful content
  • Abusing, attacking, or circumventing usage restrictions of any AI service
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5.2 You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You shall independently evaluate and assume all consequences of actions taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Third-Party Services​

6.1 The Software serves solely as a client tool connecting you to third-party AI services. It does not assume responsibility for the quality, availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party AI provider.

6.2 Your use of third-party AI services is also subject to the respective provider's terms of service and privacy policy.

6.3 Built-in tool features (weather queries, web search, etc.) rely on third-party data interfaces, whose availability and accuracy are the responsibility of their respective providers.

7. Intellectual Property​

7.1 Chatweave's source code is released under the MIT License. Your use, modification, and distribution of the source code are governed by the MIT License, which is independent of these Terms of Service.

7.2 The copyright of third-party open-source libraries used in the Software belongs to their respective owners.

7.3 For intellectual property rights of content generated by AI through the Software, please refer to the terms of the respective AI provider.

8. Warranty Disclaimer​

8.1 The Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 The developer is not liable for:

  • Unavailability, latency, or erroneous responses from AI services
  • Losses resulting from API key exposure
  • Any losses arising from decisions made based on AI-generated content
  • Defects, errors, or interruptions of the Software
  • Any losses caused by network issues, device failure, or third-party service outages

9. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of the Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Privacy​

Your conversation data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server operated by the Software. However, when using third-party AI services, message content is transmitted directly from your device to the respective provider's API. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

11. Service Termination and Suspension​

11.1 Your Right to Terminate: You may discontinue use of the Software at any time by uninstalling it, without prior notice.

11.2 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate:

If you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms
  • Engage in harassing behavior or misuse of the Software

We reserve the right to restrict your access to Pro version features without prior notice.

11.3 Data Handling: When you uninstall the Software or cease using it, you can use the "Clear Data" feature within the App to permanently delete your local data. Data already sent to third-party AI providers is subject to their privacy policies.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction​

12.1 Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, specifically the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.

12.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or litigation arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the people's courts of the People's Republic of China. Where parties have other agreements, such agreements apply.

12.3 International Users: If you are located outside of China, you are also protected by the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. To the extent that these Terms do not conflict with mandatory local laws, these Terms continue to apply.

13. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will notify you through in-app notifications or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
