1. 接受条款​

使用 Chatweave（以下简称“本软件”）即表示您同意本服务条款。如果您不同意这些条款，请停止使用本软件。

本软件是一款开源、客户端的 AI 对话工具，所有数据存储于您的设备本地，本软件不架设任何后端服务器来收集或处理您的消息内容。

2. 服务说明​

Chatweave 是一个聚合型 AI 聊天客户端，支持连接多个第三方 AI 服务提供商（如 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、DeepSeek 等）的 API。用户需自行注册并在本软件中配置相应服务提供商的 API 密钥。

本软件的功能包括但不限于：

  • 发送消息到用户配置的 AI 服务商并接收回复
  • 在设备本地保存对话历史
  • 提供工具调用（天气、计算器、网页搜索等）
  • 主题、语言、气泡样式等个性化设置

3. API 密钥与账号​

3.1 您在本软件中填写的 API 密钥仅存储在您的设备本地，不会上传至任何服务器。

3.2 您有责任妥善保管您的 API 密钥。因密钥泄露导致的任何损失或费用，由您自行承担。

3.3 您对通过本软件使用第三方 AI 服务所产生的费用（包括但不限于 API 调用费、订阅费）负全部责任。

3.4 本软件提供“导出/导入配置”功能，导出的 JSON 文件包含您的 API 密钥明文，请妥善保管导出文件。

4. 用户行为​

4.1 您承诺不利用本软件从事以下行为：

  • 生成或传播违法、侵权、色情、暴力、仇恨、骚扰或其他有害内容
  • 对任何 AI 服务进行滥用、攻击或绕过其使用限制
  • 利用本软件进行任何违反中国法律法规或您所在地区法律法规的活动

4.2 您知晓并同意，AI 生成的内容可能不准确、不完整或存在偏见。您应独立判断并承担依据 AI 生成内容采取行动的所有后果。

5. 第三方服务​

5.1 本软件仅作为连接您与第三方 AI 服务的客户端工具，不对各 AI 服务商的服务质量、可用性、准确性或内容负责。

5.2 您使用第三方 AI 服务需同时遵守该服务商的用户协议和隐私政策。

5.3 本软件内置的工具功能（天气查询、网页搜索等）依赖第三方数据接口，其可用性和准确性由相应服务商负责。

6. 知识产权​

6.1 Chatweave 的源代码以 MIT License 开源发布。

6.2 本软件中使用的第三方开源库的版权归各自权利人所有。

6.3 您通过本软件与 AI 生成的内容，其知识产权归属请参照相应 AI 服务商的条款。

7. 免责声明​

7.1 本软件按“现有状态”提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的保证。

7.2 开发者不对以下情况承担责任：

  • AI 服务不可用、响应延迟或返回错误内容
  • 因 API 密钥泄露导致的损失
  • 因依赖 AI 生成内容而做出的决策导致的任何损失
  • 本软件可能存在的缺陷、错误或中断
  • 因网络问题、设备故障或第三方服务中断导致的任何损失

8. 责任限制​

在法律允许的最大范围内，本软件的开发者不对任何间接的、附带的、特殊的、惩戒性的或后果性的损害承担责任，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失、商誉损失等，无论是否已被告知发生此类损害的可能性。

9. 隐私​

您的对话数据存储在设备本地，不会上传至本软件的任何服务器。但您使用第三方 AI 服务时，消息内容会通过您的设备直接发送至对应服务商的 API。详情请参阅隐私政策。

10. 条款变更​

我们保留随时修改本服务条款的权利。条款变更后，继续使用本软件即表示您接受修改后的条款。建议您定期查阅本页面。

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By using Chatweave ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Software.

The Software is an open-source, client-side AI chat tool. All data is stored locally on your device. The Software does not operate any backend servers to collect or process your message content.

2. Service Description​

Chatweave is an aggregated AI chat client that supports connecting to multiple third-party AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, etc.) via their APIs. Users must independently register for and configure API keys from these providers within the Software.

Features include but are not limited to:

  • Sending messages to user-configured AI providers and receiving responses
  • Storing conversation history locally on the device
  • Tool calling (weather, calculator, web search, etc.)
  • Personalization settings (themes, language, bubble styles, etc.)

3. API Keys & Accounts​

3.1 API keys entered into the Software are stored exclusively on your local device and are never uploaded to any server.

3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. Any losses or charges resulting from key exposure are solely your responsibility.

3.3 You bear full responsibility for all fees incurred through third-party AI services via the Software (including but not limited to API call charges and subscription fees).

3.4 The Software provides an "export/import configuration" feature. Exported JSON files contain API keys in plain text. Please store exported files securely.

4. User Conduct​

4.1 You agree not to use the Software for:

  • Generating or distributing illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful content
  • Abusing, attacking, or circumventing usage restrictions of any AI service
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations

4.2 You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You shall independently evaluate and assume all consequences of actions taken based on AI-generated content.

5. Third-Party Services​

5.1 The Software serves solely as a client tool connecting you to third-party AI services. It does not assume responsibility for the quality, availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party AI provider.

5.2 Your use of third-party AI services is also subject to the respective provider's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.3 Built-in tool features (weather queries, web search, etc.) rely on third-party data interfaces, whose availability and accuracy are the responsibility of their respective providers.

6. Intellectual Property​

6.1 Chatweave's source code is released under the MIT License.

6.2 The copyright of third-party open-source libraries used in the Software belongs to their respective owners.

6.3 For intellectual property rights of content generated by AI through the Software, please refer to the terms of the respective AI provider.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties​

7.1 The Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2 The developer is not liable for:

  • Unavailability, latency, or erroneous responses from AI services
  • Losses resulting from API key exposure
  • Any losses arising from decisions made based on AI-generated content
  • Defects, errors, or interruptions of the Software
  • Any losses caused by network issues, device failure, or third-party service outages

8. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of the Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Privacy​

Your conversation data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server operated by the Software. However, when using third-party AI services, message content is transmitted directly from your device to the respective provider's API. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

10. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
